Dafabet is operated by Osmila N.V., a limited liability company incorporated in Curaçao on 28 June 2007 (registration number 102267). Its sites have long cited Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ, which belongs to the old master-licence system.

Curaçao's National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) took effect on 24 December 2024 and moved operators onto direct licences from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The Authority's register, updated 21 September 2026, lists Osmila N.V. under B2C licence OGL/2024/1276/0583. The entry was issued on 15 April 2026, has an expiry date of 15 October 2026, and shows the status "assessment in progress". The brand's parent group, AsianBGE, has also held licences elsewhere. These include a UK Gambling Commission remote licence through AsianBGE (Isle of Man) Limited and, historically, a licence from the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority in the Philippines.
