UEA8 says it is licensed by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, but it does not publish a licence number or a clearly named operating company. We could not verify the claim, and there are good reasons to doubt it: PAGCOR cancelled all offshore licences in December 2024, so this claim cannot be current.

PAGCOR no longer licenses offshore sites. The Philippines banned offshore gaming operators (POGOs) from 31 December 2024, and PAGCOR stopped licensing sites that serve players outside the Philippines.

Independent reviewers are sceptical. Casino Billionaire gives UEA8 a safety index of 4.9 out of 10, citing questionable PAGCOR licence validity, undisclosed ownership and no independent fair-gaming audit.

Ownership is unclear. One review names Owa Alero IPP Limited with headquarters in Cambodia, but we found no official UEA8 disclosure to confirm this.

UEA8 has operated since 2018 and pays through mainstream Malaysian channels, which shows it is an active business. That is not the same as a licence you can check. Treat UEA8 as an offshore operator with limited protection: verify your account early, keep balances modest and withdraw regularly.
