I’m posting this because I think people should know about what happened with my BiggerZ Casino account and the balance I’m still trying to resolve.
I’m currently involved in a dispute over 6.75 BTC that was still showing in my account after my withdrawal requests stopped and my account was eventually closed.
I’m not asking anyone to simply believe my version of events. I’m sharing what happened from my side, along with the evidence and records I have, and I’m asking BiggerZ to explain what happened.
Here’s the situation.
My KYC had been completed and approved. I had also successfully withdrawn from the account before, and there was nothing at that point suggesting that my account had any issue.
After a significant win, I started requesting withdrawals.
BiggerZ support told me that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000. At the Bitcoin price at that time, this was approximately 0.15 BTC.
I was also instructed to submit my withdrawal requests around that amount.
So I followed the instructions I was given.
I submitted multiple withdrawal requests within the stated limit. I didn't try to use a different process or go around the withdrawal limit. I simply did what support told me to do.
Some of those withdrawals were processed successfully.
Then the withdrawals stopped.
Approximately 6.75 BTC was still showing in my account.
I contacted BiggerZ support to find out what was happening. I followed up several times because I wanted to understand the issue and get the remaining balance processed.
Eventually, my account was closed.
That is where I have the biggest questions.
If BiggerZ gave me a specific procedure for making withdrawals, why was I allowed to follow that procedure and then have the remaining withdrawals stopped?
If there was a concern with my account, why wasn't I informed before I was instructed to continue submitting withdrawal requests?
And if BiggerZ later decided there was a reason the remaining balance could not be processed, what exactly was that reason?
I would like BiggerZ to answer some straightforward questions:
What exact withdrawal limit applied to my account?
Did BiggerZ instruct me to submit withdrawals of approximately 0.15 BTC?
Were my withdrawal requests made according to those instructions?
Why were the withdrawals subsequently stopped?
When was the decision made to close my account?
What was the stated reason for the closure?
What specific rule or term does BiggerZ rely on regarding the remaining approximately 6.75 BTC?
What evidence supports that decision?
Why was the remaining balance not processed after my account was closed?
Why was the matter not resolved after I contacted BiggerZ several times?
I eventually took the dispute to Casino Guru after I couldn't resolve it directly with BiggerZ.
The complaint remains unresolved.
Casino Guru complaint:

I understand that an unresolved complaint does not automatically prove that either side is right or wrong. I'm simply explaining that I have tried different ways to resolve this matter and I still don't feel that I have received a clear answer to the main questions.
For me, this is much more than a normal withdrawal taking longer than expected.
There is approximately 6.75 BTC involved.
I have screenshots, conversations, withdrawal records and other documentation relating to what happened. Unfortunately, the forum isn't allowing me to upload everything directly, so I've put the available evidence here:

I’m not making this post because I have a personal problem with BiggerZ.
I want to understand what happened to my remaining balance.
If there is a legitimate reason the funds could not be processed, I want that reason explained.
If a specific rule applies to my account, I want to know which rule.
If there is evidence supporting the account closure and the decision regarding my remaining withdrawals, I want that explained too.
I'm not asking anyone to make a judgement based only on what I've written here. Look at the evidence and make up your own mind about the situation.
What I'm asking from BiggerZ is simple: please address the questions directly.
Approximately 6.75 BTC is a substantial amount, and I believe I deserve a clear explanation of what happened.
BiggerZ, this is your opportunity to explain your side.
What happened to my remaining balance, and why was my account closed?
It’s really unfortunate. There are so many scam casinos these days, and Biggerz Casino keeps appearing in discussions about unpaid winnings. This isn’t the first complaint I’ve come across. Considering the amount involved is 6.75 BTC, this situation is very serious.
There’s a lot of fraud in the casino industry right now, and Biggerz Casino seems to be facing the same kind of accusations about unpaid winnings. I’ve seen other posts calling it a scam. 6.75 BTC is HUGE.
It’s disappointing how many casinos are involved in scam allegations these days. Biggerz Casino seems to be dealing with unpaid winnings claims as well. I’ve read similar threads before. 6.75 BTC is enormous!
