An affiliate link is a regular web link with a tracking tag on it. That tag tells the bookmaker you came from AsianBookie.
If you click, sign up and meet the operator’s conditions, usually a first deposit or a qualifying bet, they pay us a commission. Tracking runs through a cookie or similar record in your browser and expires after a set window. Click and nothing follows, and we earn nothing. Commission rates and tracking windows vary by partner.
We never see your bets or your balance.
Two revenue lines pay for this site: advertising and affiliate commissions.
AsianBookie is four things in one place: a bookmaker directory, an odds comparison tool, a tipster cup and one of Asia’s busiest betting forums. Running and moderating all of that costs money. Ads and commissions cover it, so nobody has to pay to read.
These are separate things, and we treat them differently. Part of any honest advertising disclosure is saying which is which.
A banner can’t move a bookmaker up a list. A commission can’t either.
Money doesn’t buy a score, a rank or a kinder paragraph.
Bookmakers pay us for ad space and affiliate referrals. Nobody in sales or partnerships votes on ratings. Nobody outside the editorial team can change a review. A low-scoring advertiser stays low-scoring, and we say why.
Our criteria, weightings and testing process are public. See How We Rate Bookmakers.
You’ll mostly find them in:
Links posted by members in the forum are theirs, not ours. We do not add affiliate tracking to them.
Editorial independence isn’t a slogan. It’s a rule about who can change what.
Every bookmaker gets tested the same way, paid partner or not. We deposit real money, place real bets and time real withdrawals. When a paying partner performs badly, the rating drops and the review explains why. If it stays bad, the bookmaker comes off the list.
We’d rather lose a campaign than lose your trust.
