Barcelona's Dani Olmo will miss the upcoming El Clasico match due to an injury. The Spain international was forced off the field after just 27 minutes in a recent match against Paris Saint-Germain.
According to the latest update from Barcelona, Olmo has torn his adductor muscle and will be out for four weeks. This means he will miss not only the El Clasico match against Real Madrid but also two subsequent LaLiga matches against Alaves and Atletico Madrid.
The injury also affects Olmo's participation in upcoming international matches, as a decision on whether he will be able to join up with the Spanish national team will be made in due course.
In the meantime, Barcelona's Rodri is set to replace Olmo in the starting lineup against Real Madrid, after starting on the bench in the previous match.
